NFL Picks for Sunday, Week 2, 9/14/25

Saturday was one of the more frustrating 2-3 days I’ve experienced gambling. For Sunday, I have to admit I ended up not loving much in the NFL. But I went with three games, mostly based on my gut. Here are my picks:

Cowboys -5.5 (-110) vs. Giants for $10 to win $9.10: I actually thought about hitting this game much harder, but Dallas has a cornerback out, and there wasn’t as much support in the media for the Cowboys as I expected.

Broncos -2 (-108) at Colts for $10 to win $9.30: Bo Nix was pretty good last year whenever I took the Broncos, but I tempered things a bit because he struggled last week according to reports that I read.

Lions -6.5 (-109) vs. Bears for $10 to win $9.20: The Bears didn’t impress me on Monday night when I grabbed Minnesota just before game time. Again, there wasn’t a ton of love for Detroit from what I saw, but I took a shot.

I also like the Vikings, but not enough to pick them. The Chiefs are tempting, but their receivers are banged up. And the Steelers secondary injuries are keeping away from them.
