Four College Football Picks for Saturday 9/13/25
I have a few picks going at noon on Saturday, so I’m posting on Friday night. I ended up passing on Miami, and adding two other games. Here are my college football picks for the week:
Alabama -20.5 (-112) vs. Wisconsin for $10 to win $9
Oregon -26 (-112) at Northwestern for $10 to win $9
Oklahoma -24 (-107) at Temple for $10 to win $9.40
My thought on each of the games above is that all three teams I picked
have been putting up a lot of points and they’re playing teams that generally
do not. Oklahoma hasn’t scored quite as much as the other two, but their
opponent, Temple, is usually not a big time football program, so far playing
the University of Massachusetts and Howard. Even so, these are all conservative
bets for me.
Pittsburgh -7 (-108) at West Virginia
for $10 to win $9.35 (with a profit boost): I saw two different people pick the
Panthers, mentioning they are a high scoring team and that WVU is without their
two main offensive threats. (Yes, I listen to other people!) I took the spread
down from -7.5 and used a profit boost to lower the juice. I was actually going
to bet $15, but the profit boost maxed out at $10, so I decided it made more sense
to use the bonus.
I’m shocked the Penn State - Villanova game actually has
a point spread! At 48.5 (favoring the Lions, of course), it’s actually
tempting. Follow @BetLifeBlog

may add and to comment.
