October Bet Life Bank Roll Check
October ended with a thud.
Five straight weeks of winning came to an end in a big way with a 0-3 mark for
-$250, including my World Series pick that is already lost because the Dodgers
can’t win by two games. (Of course, the actual Series is still being played.) The
pick on Alabama was just a loss – I don’t think it was necessarily a “bad pick.”
Dallas? That was a bad pick. And the Dodgers? It might be TBD. But a loss is a
loss. My October totals are a reminder that your win-loss record means nothing,
and your bank roll means everything.
